The App is very essential for every single person who has the device installed, by this manner the owner will be able to monitor his/her vehicle movements, be able to print-out trip reports (daily, weekly & monthly).
To engage and disengage the vehicle if you are having difficulties getting hold of the driver and if the vehicle is at a suspicious location/route you are not aware of.
- Clients information
After every 12 months, we confirm existing information with them to update obsolete details on their profiles.
RECOVERY
24-hour recovery and control room services available. The Digit tracking service is complemented by excellent recovery and monitoring software, battery disconnect warnings, self-test facility, find the nearest vehicle and of course our highly recommended strip and immobilizer system. Backed by ground and air recovery teams that not only have the hands-on approach but also more than 27 years of experience to give them the knowledge and modus operandi intelligence to effect excellent retrievals.
The person reporting the incident needs to call the Rentrak control room on 011 824 0019 and start off by saying you are a “Digit client” so they know which system to look at. You will need an absolute minimum of the vehicle Registration number. It is advisable to have the owner details, colour, make, etc as well.
NB! We can locate the vehicle based on the registration only.
Once the vehicle is recovered, you will be notified and the owner will be told what the reclaim process is.
